Step #1: Folding, cutting the sheet of paper to hold 5 slides.

Step #2: Make two sets of paper slide holders & combining. The two sets are to keep the envelope below 1/4" thickness. Over 1/4" and you are into another USPS category.

 

Step #3: Put the slides and order form in a business envelope
and take it to the Post Office.

If you did it right, it should cost you for 2 oz. of 1st class postage.
