Returns Policy

We are a SERVICE. It is impossible to return a service but you do have options.

"Return" Option #1:

Free Demo Scans. Try us out before you send your whole project and have confidence you will be getting the very best scanning service on your project. You will download the images and we will return your slides free of charge via 1st class mail.

"Return" Option #2:

Start with a job of 50 35mm slides or less and, when we post your final images, with our logos on them, if you are truly unhappy with our work when we are finished, we will refund your payment and you just pay for return shipping of your slides. This would apply to your being "unhappy" just once and after that you have to go to our less competent competition (and see what real unhappiness can be like) and no longer take advantage of our expert Photoshop editors

We are sorry but we just cannot give refunds on larger projects since you don't see them until the project is already done and this could cost us thousands of dollars in many instances and put our small business OUT OF BUSINESS. We are not saying that you would do this but we know that many people would look at this as an opportunity to get free scanning services of a whole project. Some people have already done that on our Free Demo Scans. We can't do that on even one job. This is how we make our living. We are not a charity but we give you so much more than our competition does. See the images below of just one slide sent to different Big Box Factory scanning operations.

Take heart though: We have never had an unhappy customer and we started this business in 2002! Our customers love our work, especially when they can see what our final scans will look like in comparison to our "competition".

What makes our service stand out from our biggest competitors is that we do Photo Enhancement work that our competition does not do although some say that they do but they really don't. And so we put more TIME into our work. TIME is money. If our big box competition can afford to give you a certain number of slides that can be "throwaways", it is because they put less work into your scanning project that we do. We have more time invested. We have Photoshop experts and they have NO Photoshop experts based on our testing of their final results compared to our final results.
