We are a SERVICE business—it’s not possible to “return” a service, but you do have options.
“Return” Option #1 — Free Demo Scans
Free Demo Scans let you try us before sending your whole project. You download the images and we return your slides via First Class Mail at no charge.
“Return” Option #2 — Start With 30 Slides or Fewer
(To put this option into motion, you need to implement it on the Slides to Images order form and section #4.)

Start with a job of thirty (30) 35mm slides or less. We will scan and work that first folder of your project. Then we will post your final images online so you can see them (with our logos imposed on them). If you are truly unhappy with the results, we will not cash your deposit check but will "void" it; you cover return shipping of your slides by sending a new check. Once we receive the return shipping check, we ship everything, including your voided deposit check, back to you. If you like our work, we continue with your project and cash your deposit check.
This one-time option is designed to help new customers to use our service with confidence. If you are unhappy, we will be truly surprised, but then your next option will be to use our competition for your scanning and see what it is like to be REALLY UNHAPPY.
You can come back to us, but no more "Return" Options.
We cannot extend refunds on larger projects viewed only after completion—such jobs can cost thousands and could jeopardize a small business. A few people misuse generous policies to get free scanning; we can’t allow that.
