How Different Slide Types Print
35mm and 828 Slides (Perfect Fit)
Standard 35mm slides have a 16:9 aspect ratio that fits comfortably on 4×6" photo paper with no cropping or white borders needed. These print edge-to-edge beautifully.

126, 110, and 3D Stereo Slides (With Borders)
These slide types don't have a 16:9 aspect ratio, so we crop them to show as much of the original film as possible while fitting the 4×6" format. You'll have white borders on two sides of your print—but we maximize the image area and never crop out important content.

Custom Print Sizes: 5×7" and 8×10"
Want larger prints? We can print your slides on 5×7" or 8×10" paper.
What We Need From You:
1. Identify which slides get which sizes
Tell us specifically which slides should be printed at 5×7" or 8×10". We can't guess which ones you want enlarged.
2. Cropping preferences (optional but helpful)
If you have specific cropping preferences—what should be centered, what can be trimmed—let us know. Otherwise, we'll use our professional judgment to capture the most interesting parts of the image.
3. Our cropping policy
We will NEVER crop people out of prints. If we need to adjust the crop to keep everyone in frame, we will—even if it means adding white borders on two sides. Your memories matter more than perfect edge-to-edge printing.
