Response from the owner 2022:
Very sorry that a potential customer was lost. We were having problems with our 800 number and had to get a new one. When we tried updating our listing on Google maps, Google would not let us do it. We have struggled for months with this and finally got our new number to be updated. This one bad review is disappointing. Wish we had been able to fix this sooner. Sometimes google is very difficult to deal with. (The "ads" that Tye O. heard were not even from our 800 number any longer. Someone else already was using that number and it was no longer ours. Google kept listing it as ours, though, and we couldn't get Google to change the number to the correct number. Ever tried calling Amazon? It is even harder to talk to Google.)
