Order Form Fill In Walkthrough

At the top of any of our pages, Click the BUTTON named Order Forms

There are ten different order forms for different services. For this demonstrtion, we are selecting Order Form #1.

We need you to fill in your personal info. We do NOTHING with this info other than contact you about your project. We do not spam.

In all of the order forms there will be a blank where you need to put in your number of slides just like the example below.

Some people need to jump to the front of our production line and you can do that here by clicking YES.

If you want us to Rush, this is an option

You will have a choice between the Free Data disk with just JPG images or the Free Slide Show Disk with a DVD disk which includes images or you can also choose the option to get all your images all on a flash drive.

If you want a flash drive

There are other options but, if they are not on your list of needs, then you can go down to the bottom of the page and click on the Green Button. Please do NOT try to print this page. Once you click that green button you will then need to submit the form in the next step

Now you will be on the final page which is a summary of your selections and you can click the "Lock My Prices" button to submit the order form.

When you click that "Lock My Prices" button, we will get an email copy and you will as well. Print your copy out and send it with your order. If you are unable to PRINT your copy, please write out your instructions in a note and remind us that you submited the order form but have no printer.
